Some of our 8th Grade graduates want you to know a few things about ILS:

"Immanuel is a place of refuge from prejudice and hate. Here we can pray...together. It's hard to ignore Jesus when He's in every classroom!"

"Immanuel Lutheran, to me, is a place where you can grow...find good friends who will stick by you...be treated in Christian love...and most importantly, learn about God's love."

"Immanuel is a great place to learn because we can discuss our faith without fear of punishment or persecution...Immanuel to me is a great place to learn and grow in Christ!"

"Immanuel is a great place...there's great food, great sports, great classes...I am very thankful to be able to come to a Christian school where I get a great education in Jesus Christ!"

"I appreciate having Christian teachers...if I ever have a concern, comment, or question, they always have an answer or are able to find the answers with me."

"I can come here and express my faith openly...through Immanuel you learn to appreciate what God has given you."

"Immanuel is a place where we have the honor of praying and reading from the Bible. The staff at Immanuel are kind, understanding, and patient."

Immanuel Lutheran School

"We love because He first loved us." - 1 John 4:19

Acknowledging with gratitude all that God has done for us in Christ Jesus, we, the members of Immanuel Lutheran Church and School dedicate ourselves to building one another up in love, as part of the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:16) and to the furthering of His Kingdom in and around the city of Lakefield and throughout the world. (Acts 1:8).
